Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect immediately. When downgrading, companies above the new limit become read-only (your oldest companies stay active), and nothing is ever deleted.
What happens when I hit the invoice limit on Free? +
You'll see a heads-up at 80% and a notice at 100%. Existing invoices stay fully accessible; you can create new ones again when the counter resets on the 1st, or upgrade to Pro Solo for unlimited invoicing.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes — every new account gets 14 days with full Team features. No credit card required.
What is the “Powered by OPSKAP” badge? +
A small, pale footer line on invoices you send. It's always on for Free and Pro Solo, and can be turned off in settings on Team and Unlimited.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer available for Unlimited on request.
Can I get an invoice for my subscription? +
Yes. All receipts are available via the billing portal in your account settings.
