Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. If you were charged in error, contact [[email protected] — your real contact email] within 14 days and we will review in good faith.
The Service is intended for business use. Where you contract as a business (not a consumer), statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; cancellation and refunds follow the sections above.
Where you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting to use a paid digital service within that period you may expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right, to the extent permitted by law.
We may change pricing or plan limits with prior notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
